Due to the expansion of the company, Protime decided in 2009 to relocate in a building with a surface of 1500 m² on 2 floors. Target : to create an environment reflecting the Protime corporate identity.

The co-workers, customers and partners clearly identify the Protime values: the importance of people and time, balance between private and professional life. Buroconcept has emphasized this perception by creating a living room including a fireplace. This space became the heart of the company, where many ideas arise from informal exchanges between employees from various departments.

Clean desk policy is obligatory. Employees are working in an open space, stimulating communication and inviting to work on a flexible base; there are no fixed work stations or work hours. However, attention has been paid to some specific needs by creating individual offices, small concentration rooms and conference rooms.
