Solar Turbines

 

After a difficult period, Solar Turbines has decided to leave the caterpilar group site. After a complete restructuring, they called on Buroconcept to support them throughout the change process. In collaboration with Solar Turbines, we organized several working groups to define the structure of the new company. Together, we were able to put in place the new way of working and breathe new life into their entire team.
