Elia asked Buroconcept to review its current concept. On the Monnoyer site in Brussels, each floor is decorated in a specific color.
People were not happy with the initial concept and felt that there were never enough meeting rooms.
After an analysis of the use of their current premises, it turned out that there were enough premises but not adapted to their needs.
After a study, Buroconcept then developed plans to make changes to the initial concept to better meet their needs.
