Programming

The programming phase aims to write a program, a specification of your functional, technical and spatial needs.

On each of the information collected, we take a critical professional look, we analyze in depth the needs expressed on the one hand, the constraints present on the other hand.

What is going on

during the programming phase?

The programming phase aims to write a program, a specification of your functional, technical and spatial needs.

This document describes both quantitatively and qualitatively all the functions to be integrated into the project as well as the links between them.

The writing of a program is based on an analysis of the needs that we carry out through working groups around cross-cutting themes (sustainability, Look & Feel, well-being, etc.) and/or within the departments to understand their organization and the different profiles that make them up.

Even if they only concern a small number of people (4 to 7 per group), these very dynamic workshops are an opportunity to stimulate teams to change and ensure the support of all employees. . This momentum will then be relayed throughout the project by the ambassadors within their teams.

This step does not necessarily only concern large organizations. For small structures, we generally form only one group of ambassadors who will be enough to gather the needs and can reach the whole group.
