From flagship fit-out to expanded campus — we scaled Sopra Steria’s original design to create a cohesive, high‑energy workplace

We designed and delivered Sopra Steria’s flagship workplace — a full design-and-build project that brought their brand, culture and flexible working principles to life. After our initial fit-out the office quickly became a local hotspot, prompting the client to expand into additional space. We extended the original concept into the new areas, maintaining consistent materials, wayfinding, and workplace zoning while scaling collaboration zones, touchdown spaces and specialist meeting rooms to support growth. The result is a cohesive, adaptable campus that feels like one integrated office while giving Sopra Steria the capacity and identity they need to grow.
